Is this the best shampoo for removal of dandruff all over body? Lice treatment given already, but serious case of dandruff left behind.
Any shampoo will be suitable for helping clear dandruff if it is just leftover skin flakes from another condition, as it is with your lice issue. Yes this shampoo will be suitable.
If you are wanting the best skin support then there are shampoos aimed at supporting the skin that would be suitable, such as Dermoline Medicated Shampoo for Horses.

This product is an anti-fungal/bacterial shampoo and so will not directly eliminate lice. I recommend using a lice treatment such as Deosect for this use.

I mistakenly bought this can I use it diluted on my dogs?
This product is intended for use on horses only so I cannot comment on it's safety on your dog unfortunately. I would recommend a dog friendly anti-microbial shampoo, such as Duoxo Pyo.
