Hot and bothered dogs will be instantly refreshed by the Ancol Pet Cooling Vest. The vest can be plunged into water and put onto a hot dog to reduce the risk of overheating. This simple but effective process can be repeated whenever the vest dries out to keep your dog cool, happy, and healthy on hot days. The vest has a belly strap to ensure a snug fit. There are 6 sizes available.
To measure your dog for the jumper, take the measurement along their back from the neck to the base of the tail.

My other dog Maya now has the original coat I purchased ... so this is a replacement for Muffin, a size bigger! They are a wonderful investment & invention now we have hotter summers & really help to keep the dogs cool.

I should have read the description more thoroughly then I would have realized that this coat is just a poly cotton tabard that you soak in water, wring out and put in the dog. That said, for the price, I like the tabard design which fits my dog better and covers more of his body than others with 2 straps. Because of the material it only cooled for about an hour or so. I think it depends what you expect and what you are willing to spend.. My dog had no oroblems with wearing it.
