The Dull Emitter Bulb 150w provides heat but no light and is more durable in everyday use than the Infra Red Ruby Bulb. This 150 Watt bulb will provide heat for approximately 50 chicks and is well suited to ducks and waterfowl as it is more resilient to splashes of water than the Infrared Ruby Bulb.
Used in conjunction with the lamp holder (to be purchased separately), the Dull Emitter Bulb 150w is perfect for brooding young chicks and suits a large range of different species. Chick Enclosure Panels (sold separately) will keep the chicks close to the source of heat.
Note: When installing the Dull Emitter Bulb 150w, ensure the bulb is not touching any surface and is kept away from flammable materials.
