My dog is 9mths old will this be ok for him,he is always on the go he is a springer thank you

This should be fine to give to your dog, though he will be affected by whatever else you feed him too. I would recommend a good quality, balanced diet too. It is also good for his joints not to encourage excessive exercise until he is at least a year old. Just put the dampers on things slightly so that any exercise is not too strenuous or prolonged.
