Just wanted to let you know that my parcel arrived today.
Very impressed with the speed of the whole transaction and how easy it was, this inspite of the receptionist at my vet suggesting that this might not be the actual treatment that my cats needed! and that she would not even contemplate going elsewhere for her supplies ( I assume she gets a discount anyway!)

Thank you for sending me an email about the SureFlap cat flap, I have been looking to buy one of these for ages as my current Staywell infra red cat flap is always developing faults with the keys collars and the unit itself.

The Sureflap was really easy to install and worked exactly according to instructions, I can now go to work reassured that my cats are not going to get stuck out in the rain all day!

I was also impressed with the price as one of the competitors Pet Porte is charging £137 as opposed to the £72 I paid for the Sureflap recommend in your newsletter.

Thanks again and I would strongly recommend that anyone looking for a new cat flap buys one of these ASAP as my two Bengal cats really enjoy the reliability of their new cat flap, plus it has a nice clean design almost in an apple mac way.

I have used VioVet for nearly two years to order medicines and other products for my dog and for flea control in the house, and I have had 100% good experience with the service. Using VioVet I have saved a fortune on products, when compared to what my vet was charging for the same. Also, the delivery is lightning fast and reliable. For instance, I ordered some Indorex spray in the morning on 21st April, and it was delivered at about midday on the 22nd April. Communication is great, too.
