Hi VioVet

Thank you for sending me an email about the SureFlap cat flap, I have been looking to buy one of these for ages as my current Staywell infra red cat flap is always developing faults with the keys collars and the unit itself.

The Sureflap was really easy to install and worked exactly according to instructions, I can now go to work reassured that my cats are not going to get stuck out in the rain all day!

I was also impressed with the price as one of the competitors Pet Porte is charging £137 as opposed to the £72 I paid for the Sureflap recommend in your newsletter.

Thanks again and I would strongly recommend that anyone looking for a new cat flap buys one of these ASAP as my two Bengal cats really enjoy the reliability of their new cat flap, plus it has a nice clean design almost in an apple mac way.

I wanted to let you know how extremely happy I am with the service you provided.

My cat is such a fussy eater & I had a very hard time trying to find a website that sold Gourmet Gold Pate in Liver flavour only (a lot of pet websites sold every other flavour but Liver) & then I stumbled upon Viovet & I'm very glad I did.

I ordered this product on a Thursday & I received it on the Saturday. You can't get better than that!

My cat will be a very happy cat now & I am a very happy customer & I will definately be back. I have bookmarked your website.

I had just written a Testimonial, praising VioVet for its excellent service and deliveries etc, and about how my latest order, placed at 10.52am yesterday (Friday 18 Dec) had arrived here this morning at just after 8am (Saturday 19 Dec), and then, just after I\'d posted the message I noticed your message regarding the snow on Friday, and all the problesm you were having with staff being able to get to work, deliveries to you not having been made, and your not knowing the situation re collections from you to fulfil customers\' orders, and my previous praise for your attention to my order swelled to greater heights when I suddenly discovered the difficulties all at VioVet were experiencing!

In view of what you achieved (i.e. picking my order and despatching it so that I received it here less than 24 hours later), especially despite the adversities affecting you (snow-wise) only goes to highlight even more, the attention you give to your customers. I would like to let you know that I received my order the very next morning.. I only ordered it at 3.13pm on the Thursday and my package arrived Friday morning!! I tend to search for the cheapest prices but sometimes you can never be sure that it comes at the cost of good service. not this time!
