Coxoid
Coxoid is a licensed product for use in pigeons and is a water soluble
treatment for coccidiosis (going light). Coxoid is
added to the drinking water for 7 days and during treatment
birds should not have access to unmedicated water. A
favourable reaction may be expected within 2 days.
Coxoid contains:
Amprolium Hydrochloride 3.84% w/v
If this product is used in chickens there is a 28 day withdrawl period for eggs (eggs should not be eaten for 28 days after treatment finishes).
