I made my first ever purchase with yourselves last week and I would just like to tell you how impressed I was with your overall service. The product including delivery was a good competitive price and the item was dispatched to me the same day and I received the following day. Having the facility to leave instructions for the driver to leave the item is very useful too as I am not alway around to sign for parcels.
Well done to you, great service, I will be re-stocking on my pets favourite food with VioVet from now on.
We have produced a short video with some shots around the offices and warehouse at VioVet in Markyate, Hertfordshire to show you a little bit about how we do things. You get to see a glimpse of the barcode scanner systems (called "VioPick", "VioPack" and "VioLabels") that were developed by our in-house IT team to ensure that you get your orders quickly, accurately and safely - every time. You can also see the whole office team working hard to answer your calls and emails helpfully and efficiently, including Dani the VioDog who is our gorgeous Black German Shepherd.
