VioVet would like to appologise in advance for any delays caused by the snow this February. We will, of course, continue to answer phone calls & emails and package your orders, but delays might occur which are out of our hands. You shouldn't notice much of a fall in our level of service, if anything. We also only had roughly a quarter of our staff members make it to work today, but we are managing to get most of the work done on time. Please bear with us, our delivery companies and our suppliers for the next few days.
Today (Monday 2nd Feb 09), we should have had 3 deliveries and we only had 1. We also had early collections from Royal Mail & City Link today as both companies had to call their vehicles off the road because of the dangerous driving conditions.
