This table is intended as a guide only and exact feeding amounts should be varied according to your puppy’s breed, sex, condition and activity levels. Puppies should be fed 3-4 times per day. When introducing Vitalin into your puppy’s diet we advise that this is done gradually over a period of 5-10 days until it replaces all other food. Fresh drinking water should always be available.

I have a very large lab pup that is six months old, when can I move him from puppy food please, I am restricting his food carefully along with his exercise to protect his joints, he is 28kgs already and not at all fat.?

Vitalin Puppy Chicken & Rice is suitable for puppies aged 1-12 months, beyond this age it is recommended to switch your dog onto an adult version of Vitalin. The general advice is to transfer your pup onto an adult food when they are fully grown. For a labrador this is usually at around 15 to 18 months old depending on the individual.
