Allevyn Adhesive Bandages are a thin micro-film that is both permeable to moisture but also impermeable to pathogens, water and wound exudate. With Allevyn Adhesive Bandages, the wound surface is covered in a perforated micro-film that stops the dressing sticking to granulating tissue. Immediately after application, the bandage begins to absorb exudate and excess fluid whilst also maintaining optimal moisture levels to promote quick, effective and natural healing.
