I cannot believe it!

I had just written a Testimonial, praising VioVet for its excellent service and deliveries etc, and about how my latest order, placed at 10.52am yesterday (Friday 18 Dec) had arrived here this morning at just after 8am (Saturday 19 Dec), and then, just after I\'d posted the message I noticed your message regarding the snow on Friday, and all the problesm you were having with staff being able to get to work, deliveries to you not having been made, and your not knowing the situation re collections from you to fulfil customers\' orders, and my previous praise for your attention to my order swelled to greater heights when I suddenly discovered the difficulties all at VioVet were experiencing!

In view of what you achieved (i.e. picking my order and despatching it so that I received it here less than 24 hours later), especially despite the adversities affecting you (snow-wise) only goes to highlight even more, the attention you give to your customers. I therefore cannot thank everone at VioVet enough for such fantastic service. Well done!
