Royal Canin Vet Obesity Management Food is specially formulated for obese dogs to help with weight management and overall health. It help to reduce the loss the muscle mass by 30% due to its high protein levels (more than 110g per 1000kcal DM). A balanced nutritional diet is ensured with the high added levels of vitamins and minerals to compensate for the energy restriction. Obese pets often suffer from very stressed joints. This will be helped by added Chrondroitin sulphate and glucosamine which will aid normal mobillity. Omegas 3 and 6 fatty acids combined with trace elements will help your dog to gain a glossy coat and healthy skin. This product should not be used in cases of pregnancy, lactation, or if your dog has a Chronic disease requiring an increased energy intake. This product is intended to be used when advised by a vet, for further advice or information please contact your vet.
