Royal Canin Senior Consult Mature Dog Food is a complete food for older dogs (see individual product for age and size recommendations). As your dog grows older he has different requirements that have been specially considered in the formulation of this product. It aims to maintain the health key functions in mature dogs that will imrpove your dog's overall health and vitality. Brains health is enhanced (Phosphatidylserine & L-tryptophan), kidney function is preserved (reduced phosphorus) and ageing cells are supported through the neutralisation of free radicals. It also contains leucine (a branched chaom amino acid) which will encourage muscle growth and help to counter sarcopenia. The food is also highly digestible, contains sugar beet pulp, fish oil and a selection of highly digestible proteins.
