What can I say, your service and prices are briiliant. I have used you for [Prescription Heart Medication] and [Controlled Flea Treatment] plus other items for quite a while. I am now astounded by what I have just saved on feliway. I picked up my 5kg bag of feline kd and asked my vet about an elderly cat who had started not using the litter tray. He recommended feliway but said it was expensive. I thought nothing about it until I checked your website. You charge £6.99 for the same size. I did ring and query my bill. What I paid for the two items was £54.78. I thought it had been charged to my account twice but no. I am gobsmacked. I expect to pay when desperate 100% more but not that much. I was charged well over £24.00 for a tiny bottle and I have just bought a 60ml bottle from yourselves for £12.59.
