Recommended for

Toy, small and medium breed adult dogs from 1 year old until 7 years old. Suitable for adult dogs that require fewer calories (i.e. dogs that are less active, neutered or otherwise prone to obesity).

Large Breed

Large breed adult dogs from 1 year old until 5 years old. Suitable for adult dogs that require fewer calories (i.e. dogs that are less active, neutered or otherwise prone to obesity) while helping to support joint health.

Not recommended for

Cats
Puppies
Pregnant or lactating bitches. During pregnancy and lactation bitches should be switched to a Science Plan™ VetEssentials Puppy formula (other than Science Plan™ VetEssentials Puppy Large Breed).

Best dog food ever!

This dog food is superb. My two year old black Labrador has been on Hills Vet essentials from puppyhood and she loves it! Her coat is so shiny and smooth, I often get compliments when I am out with her. Helps maintain clean, healthy teeth too.
