I purchased a dog muzzle which arrived within two days of ordering it. I ordered the wrong size and needed a smaller size so returned the original one and received another one the correct size by return post. Viovet sent me an email confirming the 1st order also when they received my return and again when the new order was sent out which was very helpfull. I am very impressed with the service received and will order from Viovet again and recommend them to others.
