I have been a customer of yours for sometime now and I have to say how wonderful you are! The service you provide is 100% and deliveries are always on time. I rang the other day because I was behind with making an order and I noticed that you had not dispatched my order as you were allocating stock and so in a panic I rang to find out what was going on as I really needed the order urgently. I have a sick dog that has to have a special brand of food and was rapidly running out of the food. Well I spoke to a lovely gentleman who speeded up the whole process for me and it thankfully arrived the next day!! I was so pleased and relieved!! I want to thank you for being so helpful and understanding and I will never forget how you got me out of a very awkward situation!! The other part of the order that was holding up the procedure (dry food for my cat not so urgent) was sent separately by Royal Mail and I got that the day after with no extra charge! You truly are amazing!!
