I would just like to express my thanks and congratulate you on an excellent service.

I was distressed to find out my 13 year old dog had a renal problem this week and was duanted by the fact i needed to find an appropriate feed as recommended by the vet. Searching in many pet stores i could not find what i was looking for, but after a short time on the internet and in finding your company, i found what i needed for my beloved dog Sally.

I have never shopped/ordered on line before, but was forced to do so on this occassion...having done so now, i wonder why i was apprehensive. your website was easy to search and explore and the ordering was a breeze!

I ordered on the 23rd (a relatively small order at first to try) and the recieved the goods today the 25th April.
I cannot thankyou enough and congratulate you again on an excellent service.
I will tell friends, family and work coleagues about you and will be placing further orders myself.
