I usually buy the 180g pack of Plaque off. I find it very easy to use, simply adapt the no of scoops for your dog's size. I pop two scoops in my dog's food every morning and once it's all mixed in she does not mind at all. She has never had any side effects from this, except it helping keep her teeth free from a plaque build up (with regular brushing too of course!) Highly recommended this product.
