This is great to use, so easy with the pump action bottle and a welcome alternative to sprays which is often difficult to apply deep in the feather of the horse.

Why can't it be sprayed directly onto legs?
The best way to get an even coverage of the product is to rub the solution onto the area itself. Spraying will likely cover certain areas but not others and so may not cover the area evenly.

Is this product safe to use on pregnant mares?
This is a mild, safe, herbal product which would not be expected to cause any trouble at all if used on a pregnant mare. I think you will be perfectly OK to use it.
