I would just like to say how refreshing it is to receive such good service in this day and age. I rang you yesterday and spoke to a very helpful lady who processed my order very efficiently and said my dog food would be delivered in the next two days, it arrived this morning. I order quite a lot of things via the internet/telephone, but have never received such prompt service before.
I ordered from you as my local supplier had run out of the dog food I use and my mother uses you, but I can assure you that I will continue to order from you from now on.
