I came across your website yesterday when I was searching for another source of Harrisons bird food, given a customer service issue with my usual supplier. I was a bit nervous about using you because I couldn\'t see the secure padlock symbol at the bottom right of your web page and, hence, telephoned my order through.

I need not have been concerned - your service was outstanding. 3 bags of Harrisons cost me more than £16 less than my usual supplier and they were delivered free the next day - my usual supplier offers free delivery too but it commonly takes 3 days.

Thanks very much for meeting my needs so quickly, efficiently and cost effectively - my old supplier is now dumped in your favour.
